Idle Surge?

Engine Surge? Didn't mean to say idle surge :|
My RSX seems to surge a little under steady/easy throttle when the engine is cold. Is this normal? It seems to only happen at low speeds when the engine isn't at normal operating temp... I don't think its a big deal but I wanted to make sure.
