Default Rearend info request. For the 450whp+++ club only.

Here it be. I will be joining the ranks of the 450whp-550whp club shortly and am very curious as to what has been done to the rearend of the car. Mainly diff, axles, and driveshaft for strength. Aslo what you use the car for. Hence why you may or may not have broken something.

Thanks in advance

You need the R32/JDM240sx rear. I can get them for $475 if anyone needs them. They will come with the axels, 4 bolt rear cap and 5 bolt out put. I have a shop thats going to make the brackets and axels

HEHE wish there was a membership card. Looking though for what people are running at the moment. I have seen a ford, chrysler, and nissan diffs put into our cars but am curious to what people are really using. I have seen a couple people still on the stock diff but they don't drag or road race.

I'm at 443 rwhp and 363 ft-lb of torque. It's a stock differential and yes, I have taken it to the drag strip.

Thats the question. I have a stock diff, I ran a 11.3@ 127. I had a 1.9 60ft on stock tires. 1/8 mile was a 7.4 @101

The diff is on its way out 4sure. This is the 2nd diff I had in it. It will make 10-15 passes on a stock diff and tires

Love fab does not drag there car. If they did it would not last. On top of that 450rwhp is not that much anymore. I damn near make that on low bost and do about 150 MORE rwhp on high boost

What part of the diff have you been destroying? Gears, the diff itself, or LSD? Also have you broken any axles? One last question if you can. Did you do the Comptech reinforced diff and break that or completely stock diffs? Ok, one more if you can. What year are the two diffs you have used. Thanks in advance BLK

I have broken axels. Both of my diffs still work but they make noise and feel like ****. When I turn the wheel hard at low speeds the diff makes a clunk sound. Both of the diffs were stock, so was the axel. I never used DR, only stock tires. I did a 1.9 60ft so that cant be too go on the dif. If I had DR Im sure I could pull a good 1.6 60ft

Quick question. How much whp have you been able to push with the 1000cc injectors? My 650's are maxed out and I'm planning to upgrade this year.

BTW- I really suck at drag racing right now. I've been out once and my best 60' was 2.3 seconds on an unprepped track.

I really dont know how much Hp my car made. I know its around 600rwhp. I raced a C6 Vett with a 175shot, Cam, Intake and exhaust. I had 1/2 car on him till I missed 5th.

@ 25lbs of boost I was at 81% injector duty. That was when I ran the 11.3. I have my 2-Step set at 4300rps and the anti-lag a 4000rpms. I leave the line with about 5lbs of boost.

I ran a 1.9 60ft but that wasa at a good track and it was with the S02s
