Default shift linkage, clutch, or shift fork?

i have a 88 crx and ai havea b16. when we first put engine in and started it up it would not go in gear so we got a new clutch and it worked but it was kinda hard. 3 months later its almost impossible to put in gear i freaking broke my shift **** trying to get it in gear. whenever i try to put it in gear it doesnt grind or anything it just makes the rpms drop and my car will stall sometimes once i finally get it in first gear. the only times when it does not take force to put in gear is when the gears match up and at that point it slides right in like a normal shift, but only when the gears match up.

that is everything i noticed about it oh and that when its cold outside it shifts alot better with al that could anyone tell me wtf is wrong with my car. any sugestions would be helpful sorry about the story length topic.
