couple of quick intake manifold questions

first off i have searched and found some good info but didnt exactly find what i'm lookin for. i've got a 94 del sol vtec. is the p30 manifold on my sol the same as the jdm p30 that some say is the best im to use? should i just stick with this manifold or buy an aftermarket like aebs or blox?
