Remove the Falken 512 from the list because they are an all season tire and will not grip as well as the other two. I currently have the 512's right now and they are not that great for cornering.
Will most likely get Yoko es100 or BFGoodrich g-force sport as my next tire.

What kind of car (year, model, version)?
Would you consider other choices if they offered more performance but cost more money?

The Yoko ES100 offers much, MUCH better performance than the BFG, for about the same price. There are a few tires out there that offer equivalent or better performance for the price as the ES100 - notably the Kumho Ecsta SPT - but the BFG is not one of them. Not even close.

The Dunlop Direzza DZ101 is a very good budget performance tire, with good performance, and in some other sizes (but NOT 215/45-16, which is a somewhat unusual size), it offers a bargain price. It's MUCH better than the Falken FK-451, so I would easily take it over the Falken. However, there are a few other tires that are similar in performance to the Dunlop but significantly lower in price, and any of them is worth considering:
Dunlop Direzza DZ101 215/45/16 $115/tire
Kumho Ecsta SPT 205/50-16 $80/tire
Yokohama AVS ES100 205/50-16 $80/tire
Because these tires all offer similar performance, I would choose the Kumho or the Yoko (with a slight preference for the Kumho) over the Dunlop, and pocket the $100 savings.
If you are interested in a little bit better performance, at a price higher than the Kumho or Yoko but lower than the Dunlop, then consider the Toyo T1-R, $103/tire in 205/50-16 from http://onlinetires.com
If you are interested in still better performance than that, then get the Goodyear F1 GS-D3, which is $118/tire (after the $40/set rebate offer through January 21) in 205/50-16. This is the tire that won the comparison test of eleven top-of-the-line tires in last month's (December) issue of Car and Driver, and is one of the very best performing street tires available today.
Above prices are from the Tire Rack except where indicated otherwise.

They will all handle very well. No "mushy ride".
You can read a side-by-side comparison test of the Kumho and Yoko on the Tire Rack website by clicking here.
