I might want the seats - do they have a reclining back? I need a set that does not contain a hinged back.

Also, on the harnesses, when does the FIA certification expire? Just as an FYI, they sell for 109 NEW at http://www.saferides.com

No seats are a bucket seat w/o a hing back and they do have the holes for all 5 harness points

yes I know but these are the last black ones in the US that are the older version that is FIA approved
the ones you listed for $109 are either A) the new ones w/o the rating or B)red or blue
