HELP! FUEL PUMP NOT PRIMING!
89 civic si, d16z6, p28 hondata
fuel pump isnt priming, checked thermostat ground, checked ecu fuse, checked alternator solinoid fuse, main relay had water dripping out of it, it rained alot this week i guess water leaked into my car, could this be the main relay? theres like blueish resedue in the relay plug. also my cel doesnt come on when i turn the key.

ditto... ecu light is not coming on either, classic main relay if you're sure all grounds are hooked up.
