My 2000 lude will not stay in reverse, it jumps out into neutral if i try and back up too fast, and too fast meaning, not like a granny. i can back up slowly, but any clutch pressure, and it jumps outta R into N.

any ideas whats wrong?

Simple solution - don't back up to fast
Back up SLOWLY........

Or Hold it in reverse while you back up.

 

Sounds like there, is a, mexican jumping, bean in the transmission, case.
