f22 manual tensioner on an h22.
I searched and found nothing on this topic. The other day i started noticing a bad vibration during certain RPM's and i got really worried that it was a rod. But it sounded like plastic and wasn't as consistant as a rod knocking. So i finally figured out that it was the timing belt slapping on the plastic cover. I dont have the top cover, just the bottom section.
Is this a good sign that the auto tensioner is finished?
I have an old f22 laying around and was wondering if the manual tensioner off of it would fit up. Any ideas?
