what jumper harness for the ecu do I need!!!!

Basically I have a 00 hatch with a 00 b-18c5 running on a chipped p28 ecu...what I was wondering was what kind of harnees do I need in order too run a 98 p73(type r) ecu cause I need too pass smog.thanks if anyone is sellin one let me know...I'm not too good on my OBD that's why I need help thanks

the harness connector you need is OBD2B to OBD2A jumper i have the 98 type-r ecu in my 99 civic si and i have the same jumper. you can get it from kingmotorsports.com it costs $135
