Default Easy way changing bulbs on climate control

What is the easy way of taking the climate control off to change the bulbs? Car is a EG hatch. Don't tell me i have to take the grey part out which involves taking off the dash and taking off the dash involves dropping teh steering coluum all for a bulb

u dont need to take off the dash. remove the ashtray coluum and radio and look underneath the climate control. there sould be 3 little screws that hold it in place.

easier than i thought. i thought i had to remove the grey plastic peice and i read to remove it you have to remove the dash. that is why.

It's a bitch to get out actually. You'll see what I mean when you try to unclip the harness behind it.

x10000 I ripped apart my hands so bad from trying to disconnect that damn plug. I was getting so pissed I was about to just **** the **** outta it . But thanks for the tutorial Bauley

harness is a little rough. I used a small flat head screw driver to unclip it. Dont forget to remove the heater cable thing!!!!
its not that hard, just time consuming like evrything else.
