ok 1996 civic ls/vtec stock p28 w/jumper.

now to the problem

idle jumps from 1200-2000 rpm.When accelerating misses and backfires real bad until 3k rpm.Its Throwing Code 41 for some reason.unplugged the o2 sensor and and the Iac and the car ran better,i dont know why i am stumped any help would be greatly appreciated thanks again

 

well try and check your spark plug wires make sure they are all pushed in all the way my car would do the same thing if its not that then i dont know!

 

Try flipping the wires on the iacv...
