Why didnt he connect the radius arms to the front bar?? It leads me to believe that the radius arms may have a weak point being that they are side mounted. There is alot of pushing and pulling force on the radius arms. It looks decent but the real question is "How does it preform"? Thats all that matters.

Yeah, that's going to warp for sure.

Extend the rods to the frame itself and you're set. Nice fabrication and finish tho. Work on the design a bit.

Yeah, I'm not too sure about connecting the radius rod arms to the curved portion....not saying its NOT going to work....but why not run it all the way to the front?

why would you connect them there that looks as though it would possible cause less rigidity for the front of your car to twist because the nothing ties it to it to give it any type of back bone. but it looks good

I have seen many setups that run a single sided Rod mount. It works, but not idea. It is nice to see that you supports to the factory location go the the bar itself instead of the endplate. Many people and companies do this and that is not where the bar has to be supported.

Looks like you kept it pretty tight into the engine bay. Your using a half rad, yet you factory supports are not dropped very far to make clearance. Are you still tilting the ad, Or do you have a short aftermarket one?

How are you angles with the LCA Mounting point. By the looks of things you mounts for the Rods are not narrow enough to keep proper geometry. are you move the mounting points closer to the motor, you need to narrow themounting poit to keep them properly in line with the LCAs. This is te proper thing to do but it creates new problems also of having to much of an angle.

Just some thought on you design. Do take it as an insult, just constructive critism from someone who has played with many different designs.

the bars were built "around" the 92-95 civic radiator, the radiator sits just about straight up and down.

the angles with the lca mounting point is the same as stock.... this bar lays the radius rod on the same path as the stock ones.

My radiator mounts are on the lower bulhead where they came from the factory. I'm running an fluidyne full size so it works for me.
