i always change my oil, and time week i changed my friends oil, its a dx hatch and i noticed theres a bracket from the intake manifold to the engine, its right behind the engine and next to the oil filter. then i looked aT my engine bay and it doesnt have it, the previous owner loves to take weight off, like sound deadning tar, trunk panels, etc. thanks

 

no you dont, mine has been missing for 2 years, and there are no provisions for one on the victor.
