This pertains to an Integra, so your mileage may vary on your 88 Civic, but it's a start.

In the front, the only way to change the camber is with with a camber kit. You might be able to squeeze a .5º change by loosening the nuts on the upper A arm anchor bolts and then pushing/pulling them a bit and retightening.

In the rear, you can add some positive camber by adding washers on the anchor bolt that connect the upper arm to the body.

If your tires are really wearing out that fast, are you sure it's not toe that you're having a problem with? What type of tire wear do you get? Describe it.

Of course, you can always raise your car back up to standard height.

195/60's!!!! wow, going offroad!?! Sorry, I dont know an answer to your question. Go to pepboys or something and see if they have a haynes manual or something that is open and flip through it. Or even with a car that old, a public library might have chiltons available that you can flip through.

Default its not cheap

you have to think about it like this..

how much are tires? and how often do you have to go out and get two used tires from your local tires shop?

check out www.groupbuycenter.com and try to get the 'ingalls kit' they seem to be one of the best and I have them on all my cars..

my crx is dropped,.. about four fingers high off the ground, my camber/caster is setup really good and have had my tires for well over 7000 miles and the tires are still in great condition..

not only will you save a trip to the tires store every two months, but your car's traction will greatly improve!

you can adjust the rear camber by putting wasers in where the top bolts are on the upper control arm. i have been able to getting them to 0" camber with this mod. the front is different..
