Well here is my question, I just swapped an h22 into my eg hatch but one thing i have a

question about is the the shifter cables. Im not sure what the part is called but its

basically a bushing, both of the end dont have them.......Ive looked on the honda part

thing on the internet and cant seem to find the part number. The part is the thing circled

in black my shifter cables dont have that. If anyone can give me some information if i

can but those seperatly or anything else it will be appreciated.

Well i went to honda today and they dont sell those bushings seperetly you have to buy the whole cable asa one......Yea pretty stupid if you ask me, but does anyone have any suggestions to do this?? I was thinking of putting a washer on each side of the end of the cable and run a bolt to make it fit tight.

 

wow your shifter must be really sloppy with out those. Im pretty sure those bushing on the shift linkage are a factory piece and cant even be removed. You would need to buy whole new cables i think. I guess you could probably jimmy rig something up with some type of silcone and washers or even buying a bushing and making your own. Maybe even try the junk yards and see if you can snag some

 

ok the 4 bottom bushings are not necessary..my bro took them out of his lude and i never put em in my h22 hatch....

scour junkyards for cables or ill sell you a slightly shitty pair or the bushing part itself..i have alot of that crap aroud my garage...pm me if you need it
