Default JRSC's & 3" exhaust?

I was wondering how many of U guys w/ JRSC's have gone to 3" catbacks. & if so what kind did U get, why,.... what were your power gains?...& so on. There was a post on here a while back where someone had (I think) a DTR header & a R&D Thermal c/b. I just couldn't find it. Thanks.

I used to run a Kamakazie header w/2.5in. B pipe into a 2.5in High flow cat, and a custom 3in. exhaust....not worth it, it was extremely loud and did not make any more power. Now Im running a Comptech stainless header, no cat, and a 2.25 in. Thermal. Very nice power curve, good sound, and not to loud, and its making over 300whp.

I'm not to computer savy. I don't run an intercooler on a JRSC but it's ported & polished. I made 260 whp & 175 wtq @ 10 lbs of boost.

The blower that Im waiting for is a Jackson mp62 that was previously rebuilt and honed by magnuson. Bottom end is built w/Eagle stroker kit 2.1L Darton sleeved, crower valvetrain. was boosting 14.8 psi should be up to 16 psi shortly. B18C1 in a 95 Integra 4door

it runs pretty decent. It is still at 9psi

I also have 3 inch "mandrel bent custom made" exhaust it is worth it for me because I had 21/4 crush bent before that sounded like crap and choked my system. I you alsreday have 2.5 inch mandrel you are fine but if you have crush bent you need to go mandrel 2.5 or 3 inch if you love noise..

I will be cruising at 4k no boost vtec or nos and quiet. However, once I hammer it and every thing is engaged the exhaust tone scares the **** of of many people. (kinda funny) Not raspy but deep and aggressive.
