HELP!!! BIG TPS PROBLEM.....
I got this big problem. Every time I run my car hard, my check engine light goes on. And at that exact time it goes on my rpm starts to go up slowly than regular. Its like when I run, its to its full potential but right when that light goes on, its not to its full potential anymore, it hella slows me down. Kind of like a bogg but a bogg. LOL. Hard to explain, But anyways when I come to a complete stop I turn my car off and turn it back on it goes away. It blinks code 7 (TPS). What the heck is wrong?
Cause see what I was thinking maybe its my throttle pulley. I have a GSR in my EK and threw on a SKUNK 2 manif. and used the stock GSR throttle body for it. And what I did was, took the throttle pulley( where the throttle cable sits on) off and turned it upside down and cut off some stuff so it would sit in. And so when I did that it seems to me that when I press the gas peddal all the way down, it looks like the trottle plate opens up to much TO WHERE IT WILL THROW A THROTTLE POSITION SENSOR ( TPS code 7) ON. You think its that or what. Cause if you guys think its a bad sensor then why will it go on when I smash and go off when I turn my car off.

Thats the trottle plate. Its the stock GSR one. what I did to that was took it off and turned it upside down and cut some pieces of metal so it would open and close...

This is what it looks like when the gas peddal is all the way down...

Shoulnt it look like this when the gas pedal is all the way down. Isnt it supposed to have a stop on the throttle plate. Do they make or sell special throttle plates or sumthin......
Thanks for your help....
