Car has a Certificate of Destruction Title. (cannot be registered)

I'm parting everything except for the swap and/or swap parts.
Drivers side door and fender are hit, other than that everything else is fine.

Rear seat is a bit dirty but can easily be cleaned. i'm referring to the two little dark spots:



Passenger door:



Rear wing has a small scratch, its the first picture:

Nose is good except for Driver Side fender:


Rear cargo cover has scratch on it:


3 out of 4 ADR rims have scratches and worn tires (first pic). One rim is in Great condition with a good tire (second pic):
