There is a peice of plastic down by your breakpedal that allows your lights to go on/off. If that peice of plastic is broken, it will cause them to stay on constantly. Check that.

You could be low on fluid....But don't add any if you are, check your brake pads to see how thin they are... a safe pad is 5mm and above.

so is this because you replaced a worn part or did you add more fluid? if you did the latter, i hope its because the parts are on order.
