check timing, also check timing with valve cover off, a camshaft could have slipped a tooth

Does he have a chipped ecu? Adjustable FPR? Timing set to the right specs? I agree with CRX Jimmy, if the timing is off, it will feel extremely slow, prolly like a stock single cam

not sure what tranny it has but it does say Lsd in small letters towards the top of the tranny idk if its true or not? also we tried some slicks on the car the car is deff alot better, before when u would step on it in first gear it would mostly spin so with the slicks it was 10x better. So with us think the car is fast we got our hopes up and decided to race a 4dr gsr....well he smoked us by 6 cars hahaha

that's the same as my problem when i first got my swap. i got beat up by a civc eg with ex swap engine by 2 cars and a civic coupe by a car. to me it's fast but when comes to race, it's slow when you get beat by a car that you think you might beat but actually not. also on the track 1/4 miles, i ran slow like 17s and low 16s.
but that's when my vtec does not work or maybe it's does just don't hear its. then i upgrade my ecu with a jun chip, now i can really hear the vtec screen so hard, much strong than before. i also adjust the timing belt so it's seems much faster than but haven't try yet...

I agree, check your timing.. but
Maybe you got the B16 auto motor with auto ecu, and somebody put on a LS tranny.

My stock B16 in my hatch is definately faster than a stock integra rs.

You should be able to keep up with a stock integra type r. :shrugs:
