Default Compensator arm bolt not threading in

I recently purchased a 90 crx si and when I got the car to my house I noticed the rear trailing arms were clunking around under the car. So when I get under the car I see that the bolts from both rear compensator arms to the body, are loose. The driver side bolt threaded right in, but the passenger side bolt doesn't thread in at all.
I tried with a ratchet wrench and my impact ratchet and the bolt would just spin. The threads on the bolt are fine so I imagine the threads in the body are stripped or something? Please any help would be appreciated
