ok i have a feeling im prety fucked because the leak looks like its coming from an area on the block to the side of the oil pressure sensor ? it doesnt look like its coming from the threads ? is this a possibility? if so ehat couldve happened and what can i do ?
pretty sure that sensor needs teflon tape or honda bond on the threads to seal properly
pull it, clean it with a rag, give it a squeeze of hondabond on the threads, put it back in, let it chill for long time. then see if it leaks

leaked slowed but its still there.. cleaned it up and threw some more JB weld on it.. theres no way im gonna be able to trust it long distances, etc. you know what i mean? any ideas? i called a local shop and they seemed to know what i was talking about right away so im guessing it happens.. but in order for them to weld it they would have to take off the intake manifold, etc. to get to it which would lead to some crazy labor.. is there anything else i can do ? and has anyone ever had theirs welded? and if so how much were you charged? or if anyone would like to throw some prices at me let me know

ok JB weld didnt work.. if anything its worse lol.. has anyone ever used "alumaloy" ? i see they can even repair engine mounts with it. Does anyone know anything about this stuff ??
I have seen this before, when people over torque that sensor. I would prep the surface very well before using the adhesives you are talking about. I have fixed a few cracked tranny cases using JB Weld. The key was the prep before applying the adhesive, the surface must be completely oil free and have a slightly roughed up area to bond to. Good Luck
grind, cover the hole and get your oil from a sandwich adapter.
Or you can take the engine out and get it welded.

yer probly gonna have to grind the jb weld off. if you can find someone who can do a small weld for you, then remove the intake manifold yourself and do it.
