WTS: 1991 Accord $400 South Florida
This car has been treated very well over its pampered life and shows it. It has been well maintained and we have receipts to prove it! It has a newer clutch, radiator, cooling fans, AC converted to R134a, new plugs, wires, distributor cap/rotor, new exhaust welded on from cat back, new calipers, brakes pads and rotors. Interior is in excellent shape. Converted to synthetic oil with no drips or burning of oil. Currently has a new oil change and new filter in it (hours old when car wrecked). Tight, chipper, responsive 5 speed manual transmission. New valve cover gasket.
This car was tight and drove like a new car when taken out of service.
Sadly my wife put the front end under the bumper of a truck in front. The radiator and condenser look like they are ruined. A fuse popped under the hood that has prevented me from starting the motor up. A neighbor was able to get the motor to start up recently by bridging the burned out fuse. The car looks good from the front wheels back. This would be a great car to rebuild as was my intention but I just ran out of time. It would also make a good source of spare parts. The car is located in Dade County, Florida and can be inspected if you email me in advance. It has about 170,000 miles on the odometer but it never burned oil and drove like new. Amazing car! No parts have been removed; it is just as it was when it last drove in March 2004. . This car is titled in Florida and I will transfer the title to the new owner upon pick up. I need this car off my yard. I had a buyer before the hurricanes last fall but we lost touch so the car is back up for sale. The price on this car is $400.
