Default NEED SUGGESTION ON MY PROJECT ~~MILD UPGRADE (not going to go turbo ,affect handling )

hi i m about to put a upgrade on my B16a1 and i m on a budget
here is the list :

4-1 dc sport header , cold air intake , aem fuel presure regulator , aem fuel rail ,
aem cam gears , STR instake manifold , 10m wire and spark-plug , dc exhaust ,
stage 3 clutch kit with 8lb flywheel , performance fuel pump , lower and upper strct bar , performance rotor and race pads ~~anyway this is my first stage of projector i want ot know the difference between expensive one and cheap one
especially for fuel pressure regulator

the dc header is cheap i also found it on ebay it only costs 75 $ i want to know the difference cost almsot 400 ? and what if i take the 75 $ one and wrapped it right
does it have same use as the expensive one ? i also spotted an SPOON chip http://cgi.ebay.com/A-SPOON-EC...wItem
it says VTEC 4400 rpm , can push to 9000 rpm and it only costs 20 $ should i trust it ? and other question what part m i missing for upgrade ? and how much HP will i get i live in san francisco . there is no shop will do DYNO if anyone knows any please let me know

Here is my suggestion to you. Considering that you are on a budget, I would omit the following parts: the fuel pressure regulator, fuel rail, intake manifold, cam gears, 10mm sparkplug wires, and the "Spoon" chip. Without a dyno, the cam gears will be pretty much be impossible to tune. I would avoid buying an ecu chips off of ebay, you just cannot trust some of the people out there. The fuel rail, regulator, and intake manifold would be overkill for your application. As for the DC style header, just don't be surprised if it starts cracking a few miles down the road...you get what you pay for. With the money you would have used on these parts, I would invest in your suspension and possibly a set of ITR/CTR cams. This is just my 2 cents, it is your money, and you can spend it however you want.

Dont buy anything on Ebay. And the DC Header you are referring to that cost's $75 says like " DC STYLE " Just don't buy anything off ebay. And it would help alot if you could do a bit better spelling and punctuations. And I don't think anybody really understands your question anyways. You want people to tell you how much all of that stuff is going to cost ?

so? more money for the ITR/CTR cams. Get the stuff you need and doesn't require dyno tuning.
