alright well i already took out my valves out and everything out on a z6 vtec head. I looked at the seals ands they look good to me should i still replace them or no ?
if so then how do i get around getting them out ? tapping them from the bottom or twist it from the top to get them out ?

 

nvm i just got all my seals out by twisting them ...but do i even need to bother the guides ? if so do i hammer them down towards the bottom ?
