i guess J's is really good...what do u guys think of the comptech? i mean performance wise? are they worth spending that much because my perspective is fair and simple...i can understand that sometimes that parts can be expensive but if they are worth then i dont mind because if i will do them now, i might as well do them the right way...more feedback is grealy appreciated

not goign to bash on those who spend the $$ on the parts they want for their S2's... but the #'s found in the expensive parts sold for NA S2K's isnt worth the money to me....
most of it is bling....
but i see things as function over form.....
i dont knwo if its me but many S2 guys think that our cars are ferraris or somethign and refuse and down those who make DIY on our cars...
if $$ is being used towards performance i would say save a lil more adn go SC with it!
just my thoughts....

All three of the parts you mentioned do different things... and all of them work best when working together. You should just get them all at once. getting just one of the three isn't gonna do much.

why get a test pipe when you can just get the j's 70mm header back exhaust.... which will end up giving you more power all the way across the board.....

J's intake/header/exhaust will give you more power then j's exhuast, toda header, mugen intake.. yada yada......

this is true, but alot of companies do this for the race cars.
rumor has it J's racing is using a Mugen header on their car.

Who needs a test pipe if you get the 70RR?

So you are getting 4 thousand dollars worth of I/H/E for maybe 10-15 whp?
The best band for buck NA parts are the ones your car came with. Honda did a very good job designing them and they are not very restrictive at all.
Best bang for buck for power is to go FI. Many places sell a non after cooled super charger kit for less than a JDM I/H/E setup. With the Comptech blower you will run circles around the JDM Bling all stars stars. Cant forget to mention if you got pulled over and you dont have Carb Exempt parts in some states you are phucked. If you dont have a Cat on in some states you are phucked. Also a cat-less car smells absolutely like eggs and cow farts.
But hey "N/A is best right"?

Comptech has R&D behind their equipment, backed up by stateside road racing. Keep in mind that their parts are also CARB exempt, which sacrifices performance somewhere in the name of emissions legality.
