Default wtf!!! my car is idleing at 1.5k!!!

alright so heres the deal i had a couple stock ls b18b's in my garage and a stock gsr head so a assembled me a lil ls/vtec with completely stock parts gsr oil pump, water pump and timing belt and used my new skunk2 intake and throttle body along with my skunk cam gears, anyways long story short ..............

My car is idling at 1500 rpms and if i tap the throttle it'll drop to 800 or so n shoot back up.... already checked tb gasket, im gasket, map sensor o-ring, and tps gasket... timing is dead on... what do you guys think?????????

did you over tighten the throttle cable? disconnect the iacv and see what the idle changes to.
