help! cant remove steering wheel

i've taken everything off airbag, 19mm nut, etc... but i cant seem to yank the actual steering wheel off...maybe its rusted on? anyone have any tips or tricks on how to get it off thanks.

rubber hammer and tap around the steering wheel.
