Default tranny or clutch? clutch brands?

if the car grinds and pops out of gear its the tranny not that clutch right? it only does it in 2nd so im pretty sure its the tranny.

also in buying a clutch for a daily driver are all d series clutches the same? just looking for something cheap for my daily driver. what about autozone clutches?

when i replace the tranny do i need to get the flywheel resurfaced?

Popping outta gear is tranny. Happened to me in 5th gear when I found out I had like 1/2 qt of tranny fluid in my trans It could be something as simple as that, or your sychros are finito
