there is a body tool used for removing the moldings, however it is good practice just to replace the clips since you have the molding out.

 

Ok, clips I can get for like 2-3 bucks at Honda? Thanks again! I'll just try it slowly.

 

i don't know the exact price of the clips, but there are a bunch of them up there. you might as well just order a complete set for the roof and replace them since you have the molding out already. they are not expensive.

 

It just pulls up in the middle and theres 2 little "peg" like things on each end. Its really easy

 

there are two clips on each and pulling each end out will get them off the clip
