I failed emissions today and the reason is kind of odd. My 5th Gen says 02 sensor heater circuit malfunction (bank 1 sensor 2). Does this simply mean I need to get a new sensor or is the problem deeper? Please give solutions.

 

It could be your MAF sensor, or your primary o2 sensor. While at the same time be running rich or lean, causing the code

 

what could be making it run rich or lean? i have an AEM cold air and a greddy evo 2 with stock headers. I use supreme, or the highest, gas too
