Busted tire rod??

Busted tire rod??
I noticed an annoying loose noise on the right front wheel. I was hoping it was the radius rod loose again but..
Do I need a whole new tire rod or can I replace the rubbed part?

you probably need the whole piece. if you wanted to order just teh rubber boot it's still $10 plus shipping from majestic honda. i just ordered new boots for all the front suspention area and some small brake hardware pieces and dropped damn near $80

it's under p.s (power steering) gearbox
that's for a 93 si.. i wasn't sure what you drove..
