Would a p08j ecu be werth buying for $10
96 Civic DX is OBD2. The P08 is a JDM D15 OBD1 ECU I believe so it won't be plug and play and no its not worth it for you to use
To sell

No that is completely pointless, use that P08. Do you have a D16z6 or a ZC? I can't tell if that "D16zc" was a typo or what
Not to be an ***, but its spelled WORTH. Spelling is key on this site

Isn't that the ZC?
Spelling is important, because sometimes people spell **** completely off and this IS the internet, people have to be able to read your posts

Because this is a written forum where spelling and decent grammar are necessary in order to communicate. It's not like it takes any great effort.
What's a D16ZC? Are you sure you're reading that engine code right? Spray it down with some carb cleaner.

No, actually its not. The D16ZC is the JDM = of the D16Z6 though. Same crap. But it IS stamped "ZC". I have seen them in person. Remember, ZC came in both DOHC and SOHC versions.
Your VX ECU might have been worth way more then what you sold it for. There are three kinds of VX ecu's.. One of them has the internal board of a P28 and works just the same.

I know thats why I asked if he's sure its not "ZC" (no "D16" in front of the stamp)
Eh, I was desperate for money so I didn't care
It was from a 94 VX if you're curious
