welding aluminum?
When welding aluminum on AC mode. What's the best way to keep your self from getting shock? Occasionally i get an arc that jump from the table and through my gloves.
put something on the table thats not a conductor for your hand to sit on, getting shocked just happens, youll get used to it, the best way is to learn to weld steady without sitting your hands on anything, its good practice
I use tig gloves and can only say I've got shocked once and that was because I had my wrist (bare skin) resting against the ground.
I'd say maybe try to find a better ground (closer to the workpiece you're welding). Not sure what else would help... new gloves?
