Does anyone know that any hard bush set is available for EF Civic?

there are a few hard bushing kits available, yes.

search the forum and you will find much info

summit and jegs sell the kits, as do other vendors

Prothane is one of the hardest, and limited lifetime warranty.

If you can't figure it out from there, well...... I have energy suspension bushings all around my car, but from my understanding prothane is pretty good too.

yeah Prothane bushing are hard as a rock...i took mine out due to the vibration..gets really annoying after 1 day..oh and this was the timing insert..Energy suspension is good
