Default Brake Booster Question

It is alright if I use a brake booster out of a abs integra as long as i use a non abs master cylinder right? Because my local junkyard has a 94 integra 2 door but i don't know the trim so much stuff is missing but the booster looks new let me know thanks.

someone told me the push rod in a abs booster is longer and will keep pressure on the master cylinder and over heat the brakes but it just doesn't sound right to me i think he is full of ****. but i don't want to take any chances

i was just told by someone else that a abs booster is 1" so it wouldn't work with the rs master anyways

the boosters are the same, the master cylinders are different, some (for integra's) are 15/16th's and some are 1inch, either will work on a integra booster

correction .. the booster is not the same .. don't go out giving wrong advice man. i have personally tried gsr booster with rs m/c .. it bolts up but won't work .. the gsr runs a bigger booster with a longer push rod .. rs = 260nm-v and the gsr/ls/gs runs on a 290nm-v-2 .. do your reserach before you go out giving wrong advice .. people like you screw up honda-tech ..
