I personally like the HKS Hi Power Exhaust, Toda Racing Exhaust, and the Mugen Racing Exhaust. It's really up to you, but make sure to choose if you want to boost in the future or not . . . it'll save you a lot of money. I have the HKS Hi Power on my 02 Si, Mugen Sports Exhaust on my 00 Si. Oh wait I switch over to the Tanabe Racing Medallion, but I love them both.

I have the Buddy Club Racing Spec III and love the exhaust. I've had it for about 3 years now. It's loud and only weighs 14lbs full stainless with a 2.5" pipe diameter. I get lots of compliments and it's not such a ricey sound. It also comes with a silencer in case you go on trips. It can get loud though and set off other car alarms downtown. But the option to put on the silencer makes it worth having a racing exhaust. You can be loud or quiet whenever you want. The best of both worlds.

However, if you ultimately decide to turbo, I'd focus all my efforts on at least a 3" catback so you want waste your money on a 2.5 you'll need to get rid of later.

I used to have a HKS Hi-Power on my RSX until I found out that it was only 2" inner diameter on the pipe and only barely flaired out to 2.25" at the flanges.

You should think about getting the Fujitsubo cat back, Sounds great, and not annoying on the highway

JDM DC5 type R exhaust, it looks nice, and has some cool flange in it that opens up at WOT, and closes at cruising RPMs.
