As close as I will get to owning an S2k for a long time probably
This is about the only kind of S2k I can afford to buy and hook up right now, I figured I would post it here to see how you S2k guys like it. Man if I could only drive it!!!
Thanks alot, this is one of my favorite models I've built so far and the pics did not turn out half bad either.

You got it! I also used Volk wheels from the JGTC racing NSX for the front but had to narrow the rears and use lower profile tires along with widening the fenders for them to fit.

I have a Tamiya TA-03 chassis with a R32 GTR body, and an HPI RS4 with the S body, both radio controlled. That's what I meant..

I know of the regular models, Tamiya is OG, but I wasn't going to put anything together if it didn't run.
I was hoping that S ^^^^^ was a running model. That would ice the cake.

$270 without radio gear, motor, speed control, battery. A whole complete running kit is about 400-500.
They're really educational actually. I learned lines, suspension tuning ont hose little things. Race grids are really competitive, especially in Stock class, where motors, tires, batteries are all standardized.

Should be fixed now, site was down due to end of year billing reasons but it is up and running again just fine.
