Default ok don't know now

Friend went to go drive his car came back turned the car off...go to install a new radio get that done go to start the car it won't start...fuel pump doesn't kick on..so I thought it was a fuse...check all the fuses under the car and in the engine bay..all good..so then I think its a main relay..get it off my hatch and still nothin...ok so I take the fuel pump out and hook it up to a power and ground..it still works...so I don't know what else to do...please help

Mabye a bad coil or ignitor. Coincidences like that happen so give it a shot. You already did 2 of the things i would have suggested.

Hmm. Sounds like something got unplugged. Did you double check your install just to be sure?

that I know of yes...we even took the radio back out and didnt smell anything burnt nor did I see any wires wrong..

if i remember right the cluster lights were not working either...fuse was ok....just need to get it fixed fast

Fuses inside and outside the car? Does the radio work? If not you may have really shorted a part out and not a fuse. Let us know man

Did you ground the radio properly and did you make sure your all your grounds were connected?
