Default Brake issue

Well i was storing my car for the winter and got the car on some jack stands. I had to take the wheels off also and store them in the basement to keep them clean. This is when noticed when i spined my wheel the brake seemed to be alittle on. I check the e-brake and it was fully down. I then checked all the wheels and they all did the same thing. when you spin the wheels you can hear the brake stopping it. What do you think the problem is .. i dont think all the calipers went bad on me. car only has 53,XXX miles on it and is not driven very much. some people tell me my brake pads may be sticking to the rotor?? What do you guys think the problem is ?

Brake pads are always going to rub a bit, go out a drive it and see how it runs, if they are dragging really bad, you might have froze the pistons in the caliper.

Lube up the sliders. They have probably got dry and not coming out all the way. The parts which the caliper bolts screw into.
