Default no start problem

ok so a 95 honda civic ex. we changed the clutch on it and now it wont start. We have checked to make sure everything is plugged in and what not and it is. it cranks but acts like it isnt firing at all in the cylinders. it has spark and fuel so we are confused. we changed the plugs, wires, rotor, cap when we changed the clutch. i checked it all over the correct gap, correct wire routing, etc. any help would be great...

There's a ground on the transmission. I'll bet it's in the wrong place or not hooked up at all.
