Default ITR front springs, SI rear springs.. should i change the rears?

right now i have ITR front springs and SI rear springs on my civic, do you think it would be worth it to change the rears to ITRs? im asking because the rears on both sets are progressive, with the ITR's being a slightly higher spring rate

yes, here are the rates for both SI and the ITR
(rates are from clubsi.com)

99-00 Si (EM1) - 201F/99.8R (P/P)
97, 00-01 ITR - 250F/250R (L/P)

as you can see, 250/250 or right now your 250/99.8 so to soft rear = more understeer, your worse off then stock now, change the rear and your good to go.
