Default Question about Acura Dealer

I remember a very long time ago, like in the summer, there was a post about acura dealerships that contained a link to which acura dealerships got some award for customer approval/satisfaction or something like that. does anyone know what list im talking about? I think Montclaire was on it...anyways...i did a search and couldnt find anything..does anyone have the link bookmarked or something? thanks.

Woo-hoo, none in my state!!!

Regarding the "Precision award"... it just means the dealer bugged you more to fill out the form with all "Excellent" remarks. I still wouldn't trust any "Precision award" dealer with my car... mechanics come and go and the only way to insure it is by actually having a mechanic friend or DIY. Just my opinion.

Dang, none in my area. But then the only time my car has been at the dealer is when I bought it.

Precision team my A$$, Montclair Acura. They stole my shift **** and my floor mats of my ITR. They couldn't explain what happened to it. Why would you, (ANYONE) bring it to a PRECISION TEAM (Montclair Acura), and have them steal stuff off you car. I've learned my lesson.

Schaller Acura in Manchester CT.

By far my best experience buying both ITR's and my best experience dealing with the service department.

Another one is Manchester Honda in Manchester CT. Had good experiences with them too.

Actually there service is good too. It was the local factory rep that was screwing me over. BTW, I spoke to Bob yesterday and they are putting my engine in as we speak, should be done by the end of this week. Mike I'll give you a call when they tell me it's done. I wan't to order some parts and would like it if you could put it in the back of my car as I will probably be picking the car up on Saturday

Well, I like the parts guys at Leith/Autopark, but their salesmen can suck a ****. There are a couple of good guys at Performance, but I quit taking my car anywhere for service.

If I can't do it myself, I call Harris Acura in Charlotte
