the car is a 99 lude, 110k miles, clattering under the timing cover and producing random misfire codes....failed tensioenr? i would pull teh valve cover but its too late right now, so first thing in the am.
any similar experiences? let me know....

 

the chattering is most likely the belt loosing slack from a failing tensioner. yes

btw.. did you have a 4th gen accord?
