can they be used interchangeably?
I have d16a6 engine. I remember came across searching that the cran pulley from d15 fits into d16? Just want to verify.

It will fit unless it is an 88 to any other year and vice versa. The 88 had a smaller crank snout then the rest making it a pawn and a half. Maybe it was bigger, either way, it was different. Yes you could use, no I do not recommend it under the pretense that Honda was nice and balanced the D16xx pulley on said motor and the D15xx on another said motor.
