the exhaust and header can be made to fit the 4th gen.

The header can work, but the cat-back will be another story. It will require some modification.

To make the header fit, you will need to lengthen the cat, or get a intermediate pipe between the header end and the cat.

Your best bet is to get a Type SH header since it is longer than the Base, but still shorter than the 4th gen header.

Personally, I don't think it is worth the effort.

cats are pretty much a universal thing.....it just a short straight piece....they can be made to fit anything......if you buy these parts for a 5th gen you are going to have to go to a muffler shop and pay a decent amount for them to add/remove piping where needed....in short you would be better off getting something for a 4th gen....it will save you a lot of money and hassle
