just use a dremel with a cutting bit. thats goign to be the easyest and cleanest way to do it for sure. just don't put too much force on it or it might rip rather than cut.

ya use bit. not cutting wheel. cutting wheel is dangerous if u never used it before. wheel is so thin that it can crack so easy and fly all over. haha

good luck. or u can use jig saw.

dremel and cutoff wheel/disk...just be sure to wear glasses/goggles...those wheels do have a tendency to "shoot your eye out".

whatever you do, remember to cover your mouth / nose with a mask or something.

carbon fiber shavings / filings are extremely hazardous.

Then go out and buy a dremel...you won't be dissapointed...I used mine for tons of things.

seriously a cutting disk is so much easier to use when compare to a jig saw, dremel and rotorzip are design to do detail cutting, which is not something a jig saw is best at.

Cliff: dremel cutting disk

Edit: the black and decker corded dremel copy is like 29.99 with abunch of different bit and shizzle. you'll love it, it's a great buy. you'll never get the level of finish with a hand tool(except you are a blacksmith in 15 century)
and to the people venting about disk breaking, learn how different material and use different speed when cutting it. and don't move the disk too fast
