im confused on one part of reading the electrical diagrams. i see that there are some wires on the diagram that cross eachother. someof them that cross have a black dot on the exact spot of the intersection. some of them dont. are the ones that dont have the black dot not connected?

my friends check engine light went on and his speed sensor isnt working (so the speedometer isnt working either) and his cyl 2 is mis firing so im trying to look at my diagrams to see how its all wired up

coudl anyone help on that also about the speed sensor not working, the odometer not working and the cylinder misfiring? Its in a 2000 hyunday tiburon. iknow its honda tech and not hyundai tech tho.

if the wires are crossed with no black dot there not connected, black dot is connected.
