Pic request:All EJ8's with EM1 front ends!!!!
Well I got a 96 coupe so I was thinking of doing a froont end conversion but I am worried about the fitment. I hate it when stuff doesnt line up because then it looks like your car was hit. I heard you have to change the rad support, is it true for those of you who have done it? And for those who did it without changing the rad support please post pics to show your results. Thanks.
my friends 97 coupe right after we finished. Took about an hour, and no you do not need a new rad. support or anything:

close-up of fitment:

all you need is to trim 2 little spots on the front bumper where the grill is. nothing big, takes like 5 mins. Everything else lines up perfectly.

you want to see 96-98 civics with a 99-00 front end conversion?
because making the front of a 99-00 ej8 look like an em1 is simple

Unbolt and remove the hood, bumper, grille, headlights, fender. Now go reverse on the new parts. There's your step by step.

just the grille is different on the 99-00 EJ8s
i think waht the OP wanted, and what everyone else is following, are pics of a 96-98 EJ8 with the EM1 front end, which is a bit of a "conversion"
